Stylereviews.net accepts submissions from writers. At the present moment, we are happy to pay a flat fee of $25 for a published 600-800 word article. Please note that we cannot accept all pitched submissions. Posts that do not follow our pitching guidelines and/or do not adhere to our editorial guidelines will not be considered.
What we’re looking for
At stylereviews.net, we are not a typical fashion and style blog. We are interested in unique takes and perspectives which place fashion, style, and trends in context in previously unexamined ways. We wish to highlight perspectives in the area of fashion and style you may not read about anywhere else – whether that’s a scientific explainer of something in these realms, a review of the outfits and fashion trends in a new movie, a narrative essay review of a new makeup product, a personal essay about how your sense of style has evolved over the years as you have changed jobs, an ode to petite style, or an article talking about products that have worked for you in a difficult-to-navigate beauty market — or something else!
How to pitch us your article idea
If you are interested in writing an article for our blog, please contact us here with a couple of sentences about your proposed article. Please note that these are merely examples of what we’d like to publish and not topics that we limit ourselves to discussing in the blog.
In your message, please include:
a) The title of your article and a brief (no more than 2-3 sentences) overview;
b) Why you are the best person to write this article; and
c) Anticipated deadline.
There’s no need to go into a lot of detail in your pitch – if we are interested in working with you to publish your piece, we will be in touch within a few days.

- We publish all types of content formats. We publish informative articles, personal essays, and journalism-style articles.
- All content is subject to editing that stays true to the original content and voice of the blog article. Our style guide is based on AP guidance. We endeavor for our blog articles to flow well, have clarity of ideas and thought, and remain free of errors and typos. If your pitch is accepted, we will work with you to refine your article to prepare it for publication, and you will be able to review the final product before it is posted.
- For humans, by humans. We write for humans, so we publish articles written by humans. Sorry, that means that we do not accept articles written by ChatGPT or similar software.
